Before You Submit
Give us a little time to get it posted.
Please allow up to five business days to have an event added to our calendar. If you need the event added sooner, please email lehl@huerfano.org and we will try to accommodate you.
Chamber members will have priority to submit an event.
Send Complete Details
Include the event name, date, time, location, description, and contact information so the listing can be reviewed without chasing down missing details.
Allow Up to 5 Business Days
Calendar submissions are reviewed before they are posted, so please submit early whenever possible.
Members Receive Priority
Chamber member events receive priority when submissions are reviewed for the calendar.
Event Submission
Tell us about your event.
Fill in as much information as possible so the Chamber has what it needs to review and publish your event.
Submitting an event does not automatically publish it to the calendar.
What Happens Next
We review it before it goes live.
Submission Received
Your event details are sent to the Chamber for review.
Calendar Review
The Chamber reviews the event details and gives priority to Chamber member submissions.
Event Added
Approved events can then be added to the community calendar.
